interesting site that, must have missed it the first time round. Good for ideas if you're visiting West Africa.

I felt homesick looking at the pictures of the fishermen in Elmina. Add some Cesaria Evora looking at the palm fringed shores and the nostalgia is efficaciously accentuated.

The Bright red peppers and tomatoes reminded me of a fiery dish of mashed rice (Omotuo) and pepper sauce crowned with a hard boiled egg and dollops of stewed corned beef. Excellent website. I only wish the 'explorer' has delved deeper into Ghana, may be visiting Salaga market (It was once a slave market), in the North, Agbobloshie and Makola markets in Accra, Wli, Abadzeme, Aflambo, Aflambo and Tsatsadu Falls in Volta Region and may be Leklebi, Peki, Hohoe and Amedzofe for a true taste of Eweland.
