I am being quoted some steep prices for a one-way Nairobi-London flight in October

check out these rates I just got from a Nairobi agent:

EMIRATES FARE USD555.00 + TAXES USD36.00 =USD591.00

BRITISH AIRWAYS FARE USD636.00 + TAXES USD91.00 =USD727.00

KENYA AIRWAYS FARE USD655.00 + TAXES USD91.00 =USD746.00

QATAR AIRWAYS FARE USD455.00 + TAXES USD101.00 =USD556.00

One way is always more expensive. I'm going to Japan in October and was quoted $858.00 return (off season)
