My collegue nurse was on holiday. From another collegue I heard she went to Kenya for 1 week. I hope to see her tomorrow. It was her first african holiday. I wonder how she thinks about Kenya, where she went to and what she's done. I'll let you know! Oh man,...I'm so jealous, another friend of us is leaving next week... I really miss it, every day, especailly now the temperature in Holland is below ZERO.....yack! aarrggh.gif

1 week = beach, I bet biggrin.gif
bonga
damn, I did not see her today...

I have to admit one would think 1 week is just beach, but we went on safari with a few people, they had 5 days safari, 2 days beach! Ofcourse they were not ready to go home, but about 25 people on the plane did the same
It's too short...

I will be with her at the Coast as we discuss the GLOBAL CHANGES AND ENVIROMENTAL DEGRADATION... banana_1.gif

oh, okay... huh.gif

well, my collegue went to see far more than expected. She went to serengeti, the ngoro ngoro, and a lake in Tanzania which I donīt remember...

after that she went to Diani, the baobab beach resort.

she had a great time. She immediatly shouted Jambo Rafiki. biggrin.gif

So she did a lot in just one week. She also went to Mombasa for a day.

oh man! I have to get back there!!!!! afro.gif

Oh, she forgot to tell me that she went on a balloonflight over serengeti...so f*** expensive...
Mambo
but worth it....
bonga
did you do it mambo??
Mambo
no, but some day... it's worth doing it in the Mara. A once in a lifetime experience, followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush!
bonga
wow, you know how to enjoy life!

Tomorrow our friend comes to kenya. He stays for 16 days, also has a safari, but he doesn't even know where he's going....
bonga
...unfortunately he had to come back after his safari, we had to contact the hotel, the only thing we knew for sure, his mother passed away...
It was quiet a job to find him...
Mambo
